Sue Woolley is Senior Consultant of the KnowledgeDoc team. With 30 years of technical writing and IT technical support, programming and operations experience, she is one of the few technical writers in Melbourne who can truly lay claim to her title. Sue brings with her a clear mind, attention to task and friendly, down to earth attitude that makes discussing technical writing a pleasure! With the solid backing of an honours degree in pure maths and a Graduate Diploma in Computing, and vast experience writing documentation for many different types of organisations, Sue can walk into a complex environment, rapidly identify documentation needs and hold a clear project vision through to the end. Sue has spent many years contributing her expertise to the technical writing community. She was president of the Australian Society of Technical Communication (Victoria) for three years, and is currently the editor of the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Technical Communication, Southern Communicator. |
Neil Woolley
