About us

We are eleven years old!

In 1997, Sue Woolley founded Monarch Computing Services to provide technical writing services to businesses. Neil Woolley joined the business in 2000, creating greater depth by adding his extensive project management, business analysis and writing experience.

In 2008, we changed our name to KnowledgeDoc to better reflect the services that we offer.
